1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing this site, by subscribing to the RISE Negotiation Brief newsletter, by downloading any white paper, or by submitting any contact form, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site. The firm reserves the right to update these terms with notice posted on this page. Material changes carry a revised version number at the top of this page.

2. Description of services

SAP RISE Negotiations provides independent advisory services covering RISE with SAP negotiation, seven year total cost of ownership modelling, brownfield versus RISE comparison, contract review, conversion strategy, indirect and Digital Access exposure modelling, hyperscaler selection, and post signature optimization. The firm does not sell SAP software or services. The firm does not act as a reseller, implementation partner, or system integrator for SAP. The advisory relationship is structured to represent the buyer side of any SAP commercial negotiation.

Content published on this site, including white papers, case studies, journal articles, and pages describing individual services, is provided for informational purposes. It does not constitute legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, or a specific recommendation for any particular SAP licensing or contract decision. A formal engagement, scoped against the specific contract or situation in question, is required before the firm offers binding recommendations.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including page text, frameworks, schematic illustrations, white paper text, journal articles, case study text, and the visual design system, is the intellectual property of SAP RISE Negotiations or has been licensed for use here. You may read, link to, and quote short passages with attribution. You may not republish full pages, white papers, or articles. You may not use the content to train machine learning systems without prior written consent.

Trademarks referenced on the site, including SAP, RISE with SAP, GROW with SAP, S/4HANA, BTP, AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, are the property of their respective owners. The firm is not affiliated with SAP SE and does not represent or imply any endorsement by SAP SE.

4. Forms, contact, and lead capture

The forms on this site (contact, newsletter, white paper gates) collect a limited set of fields. These submissions are routed through Formspree and stored by the firm for the purpose of returning a confidential briefing, sending the RISE Negotiation Brief newsletter, or fulfilling the requested white paper. White paper gates require a work email address. Personal email domains are rejected at the form level to maintain the integrity of the distribution audience.

By submitting a form you grant the firm the right to contact you about the matter raised. You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link at the bottom of each issue. For details on what data is stored, how long it is retained, and how to request deletion, see the privacy policy.

5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The information on this site is provided on an as is basis. RISE pricing, SAP product names, hyperscaler reserved capacity rates, and contract clauses change frequently. The firm uses commercially reasonable efforts to keep published material current, but the site is not a guaranteed source of pricing or contractual fact for any specific deal. Buyers should verify any cited figure against current SAP and hyperscaler quotes before making decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the firm disclaims all warranties, express or implied, relating to the site and its content, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement. The firm will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Liability for direct damages, where it cannot be disclaimed, is limited to the fees paid by the user to the firm in the twelve months preceding the claim.

6. Links to other sites

The site contains links to third party websites, including SAP documentation, hyperscaler pricing pages, and industry analyst material. The firm does not control these third party sites and is not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices. Linking to a third party site does not constitute endorsement.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of the contracting office that holds the relationship with the user. For users contacting the New York office, New York law applies. For users contacting the London office, the laws of England and Wales apply. For users contacting the Stockholm office, Swedish law applies. Any dispute will be brought in the courts of the relevant jurisdiction.

8. Questions about these terms
